Features of Talent Management in the Industrial Plants of Public Sector

As part of the master's study, an analysis was made of theoretical and practical approaches to understanding talent and talent management, and the place of this direction in the personnel management system was determined. Particular attention in the study is given to the study of features of the public sector, which impose specificity on working with talents, as well as to study the practical experience of industrial enterprises of the public sector in dealing with talents.

As a result of the expert interview with the managers of the areas of work with personnel in PJSC "Sukhoi Company", the analysis of local regulations, and the study of project materials, an approach to talent management in PJSC "Company Sukhoi" was defined, priority categories were identified in relation to which apply the practice of talent management, describes activities for working with talent. The study also made it possible to establish the need to consolidate a common understanding of the main terms, establish areas of responsibility for the implementation of practices, approve a set of key activities and as a result of the allocation of talent management as a separate direction in the system of work with personnel.

Thus, for PJSC "Company Sukhoi" in order to build a single complex of activities for talent management, a milestone plan of key activities was developed, including diagnostics, the formation of the desired talent management model, the regulation and implementation of the single process creation system, as well as the local regulatory act - the standard of "Talent Management" of PJSC "Company Sukhoi", consolidating the understanding of talent in the company and talent management system, as well as describing talent management as a unit

other business process of the Company.
