Interrelation Between Corporate Culture and Individual Values of the Employee

Congruence of values of an individual and values of an organization is one of the key factors of job satisfaction, staff turnover and achievement of business goals. The problem of identifying the level of influence of values and person-organization fit on corporate culture is currently considered significant both among Russian and foreign research. This work is aimed at investigating the nature of the relationship between corporate culture and individual values of employees. It is relevant is to provide greater depth of knowledge in the field mentioned. In order to solve the problem of insufficient understanding of the role of employees' values in the formation of corporate culture, a study on the example of the telecommunication company AO "Er-Telecom Holding" was conducted. Diagnostics of corporate culture and individual values of employees was carried out using a survey. As a result of the correlation analysis, the relationship between some of the characteristics of corporate culture and values of the respondents was revealed. Based on the results obtained, recommendations were developed to maintain the current state of the corporate culture and address the identified problems.
