The staff reward system is a tool through which it is possible to influence the staff motivation and productivity level. Therefore, managers who are interested in the success of the company are seriously approaching the formation of this element of Human resources management. During development of a staff reward system, it is necessary to take into account the interests and needs of employees. If these factors are ignored, the employees’ involvement in achieving the company's goals is reduced. To optimize the staff reward system in the organization «Igrograd-Perm» the following methods were used: Gerchikov motivation assessment test, a survey «Integral job satisfaction», proposed by Fetiskin V. V., document analysis and interview with a specialist of the Human Resources department. The study identified the following problem areas: non-transparent reward system, staff dissatisfaction with the relationship with the management, inexact or unnecessary information in the documents, and undeveloped system of non-material incentives. As a result, the recommendations were aimed at eliminating weaknesses in the organization. Thus, the study will be useful for company head and HR-managers who are interested in improving the work quality and labour performance of staff.
