Personnel Policy in a Creative Company
Human resource management is one of the main aspects of management in an organization. In order to competently conduct personnel policy and make the most effective use of the potential of the staff, it is necessary to know the peculiarities of the personnel policy. This research highlights the problem of the peculiarities of the personnel policy of the creative company, as the staff and its creative potential are the main competitive advantage of the organization. To identify the specifics of the HR policy of the company, the HRM system was diagnosed in the company by interviewing the managers and the employee and carrying out the assessment of employee satisfaction with their labor. As a result of the analysis of the study, the strengths and weaknesses of the personnel policy of the organization were identified. To eliminate the shortcomings of the personnel policy, recommendations were developed to optimize the personnel policy, taking into account the features of human resource management in the creative organization. The study allows you to look at the problem of management of a particular creative organization in the aspect of human resource management and improve personnel policies to increase the efficiency of using the creative potential of employees.
