New Product Development in a Television Company

Present project is devoted to the diversification of the television company. The topic of the study is highly demanded because today the media industry is characterized by the diffusion of markets and the trend of cross-media. The main problem is the rapid variability of the media, which requires the regular assessment of the markets and adjusting the activity of media company. The decision of the study is the formation of a media school. To do this, we analyzed the internal and external environments of the company and developed a project concept with an organizational plan. An attention to the regional television company is a serious step to uncover the potential of the local television.
