Features of Selection of Shots in Public Service (Regional Aspect)

The paper considers the features of modern methods of selection and the possibility of their application in the civil service. The legal specification of the personnel management system in the civil service has been revealed. Effective methods of selection in public authorities of the Russian Federation have been analyzed. A study of the imprint on the state civil service (on the example of the Republic of Mari El). Recommendations for improving the system have been developed.
