Intangible factors such as: recognition and training of employees of the organization, provision of favorable living conditions, friendly relations in the team - have a favorable impact on the perception and attraction of the HR brand of an industrial enterprise with state participation. In the research work is justified, then how these factors came to the main positions on the perception and attraction of the HR brand.
