Since the eighties of the last century, the theme of corporate, or organizational, culture seems to be a central topic in management literature. There is still interest in this topic to this day. This fact is explained by the permanently increasing competition between companies in all markets, as well as by globalization, which is a trend in business activity. For the reason that it is not possible to perform polls of organizational culture parameters by themselves, it is necessary to understand by what parameters the companies are different among themselves and the influence of certain parameters of the organizational culture on the attitudes and behaviors of workers. Since the behavioral patterns and attitudes of workers are in many ways the "final" indicators of the impact of organizational culture, they can be viewed as indicators of the company's performance. The main objectives of this study: quantitative measurement of organizational culture using the Geert Hofstede methodology and analysis of the impact of organizational culture on workers' installations. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to study the conceptual apparatus of this phenomenon, identify the attitudes and behaviors of employees, collect and analyze the empirical basis. In the course of carrying out all research tasks, the following results were obtained: the culture of the organization affects the attitudes and behaviors of workers through certain cultural parameters through direct effect, the values of the company are largely determined by the attitudes and behaviors of employees, and the organizational culture of each company, like the influence of parameters on the behavior and installation patterns of employees, is unique.
