The effectiveness of any government body depends on the professionalism of state and municipal employees. Qualities such as professionalism, social and economic status, motivation, personal characteristics, including morality, professional competence, management system contribute to the formation of a positive image of state and municipal employees. The purpose of the study is to identify the features and factors of the image formation of state and municipal employees.
