Building a System of Personnel Budgeting

The diploma project on the topic: "Building a personnel budgeting system" contains 68 pages of text, figures - 7, tables - 14, formulas - 2, used sources - 50, and 2 sheets of applications. Keywords: budgeting, personnel planning, personnel budgeting, staffing, personnel costs, individual employee plan, outplacement. The object of the research is the personnel budgeting system. The subject of the study is the budget for personnel costs. The goal of the final qualifying work is to develop proposals for optimizing the personnel budgeting system. The theoretical research was carried out by the method of analysis of literature sources, applied research - by methods of analysis of the company's primary documents, analysis of the company's internal structure, PEST-analysis was also used, etc. In the course of the work, the financial performance of the company, the company's personnel plan and the staff costs budget were analyzed. The result of the work is recommendations for optimizing the budget of staff costs.
