The Deeper Aspects of Burnout in the Startup Team

ANATATION The paper considers the task of preventing the syndrome of emotional burnout of the Startup team of a credit institution. Purpose: to identify the causes that cause emotional tension among managers and employees in the team Startup. Object of study: • Managers and staff of the Startup team. Subject of study: • Stress indicators during the working day. Theoretical problems 1. familiarize yourself with the theoretical aspects of emotional burnout; 2. Familiarize yourself with the phases and stages of emotional burnout; 3. Consider the causes of emotional burnout and psychological protection. Empirical objectives: 1. To monitor the emotional health of managers and employees 2. analyze the causes that cause emotional tension among managers and employees; 3. offer recommendations on the prevention of emotional burnout, reducing the level of anxiety of employees and managers. The second chapter presents the results of an empirical study of monitoring. To carry out the research it was required: • research program (accompanied by external consultants); • detailed analysis and description of the results; • discussion of the results and proposals on the prevention of emotional burnout of employees; • recommendations for the prevention of emotional burnout of employees: The conducted research in the organization, the results of which are presented in this paper, reflect the high level of emotional burnout of the participants in the study, which is a risk to the organization, both reputation, associated with poor customer service, and the risk of care for key executives, poor decision-making quality.
