Theme: «Modeling of External Hydrodynamic Flow Influence on the Electrochemical Deposition of an Array of Nanowires ». The purpose of this paper is to consideration and study the аffect of natural and forced convection on the electrochemical deposition of metal in nanopores of anodic aluminum oxide matrix; to construct a model for the electrochemical deposition of a metal in nanopores of a matrix under conditions of natural and forced convection, taking into account the diffusion of only the electroactive ion in the quasi-stationary approximation; to calculate number of parameters such as: the distribution of the dimensionless current, the distribution of the concentration on the surface of the matrix, the dependence of the thickness of the external diffusion layer, the concentration of the electroactive ion at the bottom and at the mouth of the pore, to study the ion flux generated near the rotating disk electrode upon deposition into the nanopores of the matrix. The volume of the work is 61 pages, 24 figures are presented in the work. When writing the work 28 sources were used. Paper includes the following sections: introduction, literature review, problem statement, calculations and discussion results, conclusion and references. The introduction describes the relevance of this topic. In the literary review, the most significant works are considered in the context of the problems under study. In the chapter, the statement of the problem, the main assumptions used in constructing the model are contained. The practical part gives a description of calculations by the necessary formulas, which are derived in the course of calculations. In the end of paper, the main conclusions and results are given.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.
