Practices of Interparty Interaction in the Processes of Transformation of the Party System in Russia: Analysis of the State Duma of the VI and VII Convocations
Applied Politics
(Master’s programme)
2018
The VIIth convocation of the State Duma was formed by another electoral system (in contrast to the VIth one), and it seems interesting to analyze nter-factional interaction of deputies in both convocations. As a result, it was revealed that there was no qualitative shift in inter-party cooperation. It is noteworthy that despite quantitative reduction of opposition parties' cooperation, theit contradiction towards the ruling party is articulated in discussions of legislative initiatives.
