The VIIth convocation of the State Duma was formed by another electoral system (in contrast to the VIth one), and it seems interesting to analyze nter-factional interaction of deputies in both convocations. As a result, it was revealed that there was no qualitative shift in inter-party cooperation. It is noteworthy that despite quantitative reduction of opposition parties' cooperation, theit contradiction towards the ruling party is articulated in discussions of legislative initiatives.
