(Master’s programme)
2018
This study is devoted to the analysis of the relation between litigation and economic development in Russia. The analysis was conducted both for the whole scope of civil claims and for certain categories of claims. We revealed the positive impact of GRP per capita on the whole scope of civil claims as well as on the following categories: marriage and family, compensation for damage from road accidents, protection of consumer rights, claims for debts under loan agreements. In addition, we found negative impact of GRP per capita on the extent of claims for violation of labor law.
