This work is devoted to the study of discourse, emerging in social media around films of Russian production with high box office fees. The relevance of this study is due to the fact that films are one of the most important categories of mass culture and, therefore, inevitably attract increased public attention. Thus, it is logical to expect active interpersonal communication about cinema, which, according to the theory of access and influence of information, can affect the audience. The impact is so significant that advertising in marketing fades into the background - the perception of the viewers of movies is already determined by them, rather than imposed "from the outside."
