Company's Logistic Processess Optimization: the Case of LLC Baltika Breweries

The main aim of this work is the development of solutions for optimizing the logistics processes of the distribution department of LLC Baltika Breweries. In order to achieve this goal, it was necessary to identify the role of logistical processes in the company, to study the methodology of solving multicriteria tasks, to analyze the activities of LLC Baltika Breweries and the distribution organization department, to develop solutions to optimize logistics processes in the distribution organization department. As a result, the following optimization solutions were obtained:  An expert method for solving the problem of choosing a 3PL operator was proposed and a questionnaire for experts was developed;  A new way of organizing the document flow process has been developed;  The effectiveness of the proposed solutions is substantiated using key performance indicators.
