Summary Subject: "Participation of citizens in the local organizations in Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan (comparative analysis)." Thesis volume 73 pages on which 2 tables are placed. When writing the diploma 46 sources were used. Keywords: local organization, local organization, locals, neighbour's community, neighbour's center. Research object – the neighbour's centers of Russia and the local organizations of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Object of research – features and activity of the local organizations and the neighbour's centers of Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. The thesis includes introduction, 3 chapters, the final conclusion, the list of reductions and the list of the used literature. In introduction the relevance of a research on the chosen direction reveals, the problem, the purpose and research problems is set, an object, a subject of scientific search are defined, the hypothesis is formulated. In chapter 1 we have considered the general approaches to the legislation and Constitution of three countries, the law "about local governments", the basic concepts of the local organizations and the relation of the states to the local organizations and also foreign experience of other countries. In chapter 2 search of the local organizations in the countries of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan is carried out and the feature of activity of the local organizations of the countries is studied. The chapter 3 reflects results of research and the comparative analysis. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and recommendations for the countries on development of activity and participation of inhabitants in the local organizations.
