Creating a Formalized Approach for Supporting Big Data Systems in a Consulting Company

In this paper, a formalized approach to the support of big data systems is developed. The approach consists of a single business process and a list of requirements for the construction of the process, an example of a technical proposal with comments and recommendations for its creation and a calculator for the cost of support. The approach serves to solve the business task of the consulting company, meets modern ITSM standards and is implemented by the company into the process of supporting big data systems of the largest banks in Russia. Also, this approach can be used in the development of its own solutions for system's supporting and to calculate the profitability of the project.
