The main perspective of the study is to develop a local version of the Stanovich’s technique measuring rationality (CART), namely the subtest “Framing”. The main methods are standard methods for an adaptation process: expert evaluation of the theoretical construct and tasks, data collection using the questionnaire, and psychometric analysis of the tasks specifically and the scale as a whole. The basic result anticipated is the scale of measurement frame-effect, which will have internal and external validity and reliability. It is expected that this technique can be used for practical and scientific purpose. Additionally, it can be the first stage to the complete methodic for measuring of rationality in Russia.
