Leasing services are an alternative to conventional lending, but their peculiarity lies in the emergence of certain advantages for companies and individuals who finance their own needs in this way. In the Russian economy, the leasing market has only begun to gain popularity, but the speed of development of this market demonstrates a good potential. The volume of new business for the period from 2011 to 2014 grew by 52% and at the same time in 2015 amounted to $ 8.69 billion. Despite the fact that the market for leasing services has existed for a long time and it is steadily expanding, interest among researchers is very limited. Most of the work demonstrates a comparative analysis of leasing and lending. The sphere of leasing at the moment is poorly understood, but very promising, taking into account the dynamics of growth in the volumes of the leasing services market over the past few years. The purpose of this paper is to identify the main factors that influence the pricing of leasing transactions. Therefore, the primary tasks of this work are to determine the components of the price of leasing contracts and study variables that have a significant impact on the value of leasing transactions. In addition, factors that affect the cost of attracting financing through the issuance of securities (securitization) will be separately considered.
