This work is devoted to the development of a program of measures to optimize the process of shipment of finished products from a warehouse to a tract using elements of Lean technology in the Branch of Nestle Russia in Perm. At the first stage of the study, the process of shipment of finished products was simulated with the help of the Makigumi Diagram and the Gantt Chart and two types of losses were identified: anticipation and unnecessary movements in accordance with the concept of lean production. The search for losses in the process was carried out with the help of tools such as the Spaghetti Chart, Tactime and the Yamazumi Diagram. At the next step, the root causes of the loss in the process were determined with the help of a cause-effect diagram. After that, Lean production elements were chosen to eliminate identified losses in the process, and a program of measures for their implementation was developed. At the final stage, a model was constructed for the future state of the process of shipment of finished products to the tract.
