Actuality of the thesis is conditioned with crisis economical processes in our country occurring nowadays. Serious structural changes touch upon many sectors of economics breaking important links between partners of different levels. Actuality of the research is also conditioned by tendency to clasterization - complex change in economic systems, transition from a marketing type of economics to a networking one. Due to these circumstances, it is very important to research the change of introcorporational networking relationships under the impact of different outer factors. The aim of the thesis is to reveal some trends in partnership structure development of the company contributing to elaboration and output of high-tech production according to significant outer factors. The empirical basis of the research is the data from official Internet site of the Rostec State Corporation. Practical interest of the thesis is concluded in such a circumstance that introcorporational relationship in Rostec has not been researched yet. This corporation is diversified and includes lots of networking relationships inside that is why it is a great field for research.
