Project Management in the Field of Marketing in FMCGSector: the Case of Cotton Club Company

In order to retain competitive advantage in modern society companies require constant developments by offering customers constant diversity and by improving their products and promotion. The paper considered the importance of marketing projects for a new product launch on the example of Russian Company and one of its key brands. The paper analyzes the market and the categories in which company competes, discusses models for the cosmetics consumption, and develops recommendations for launching the product in the FMCG market that allows extrapolating the results of work to other companies in this field. The nature of this work is a research project.
