Increase the Client Base of the Company ScrumTrek Based on Research Needs of the Target Audience

Today there are a huge number of tools that affect audience growth and increase conversion. In this work we will consider the approaches of Customer Development and Service Design the main tool of which is the study of the audience. The purpose of this work is a study of the needs of the audience and based on the data obtained draw up a plan of activities to increase the client base of ScrumTrek.
