Developing a Success-Oriented EPC-Project Management Approach in Production Industry

The main goal of this work developing an approach is oriented on success at EPC-project management. The success of the project is a very important aspect of project management, since the reputation and success of the organization as a whole depends on the success of a specific project. Nevertheless the area of project success remains the least investigated in the field of project management. In addition, the conception of the success of EPC-project is also underexplored. Proceeding from the stated goal of the work, the main achievements of the study are the model of management at the EPC-project with the elements of the "stage-gate", focused on success and methodology for assessing the success of the EPC-project, based on the factors, criteria and indicators of project success. Thus, in the complex, the model and the methodology for assessing the success of the project, presents an approach to managing the EPC-project with a focus on success.
