Developing Flexible Logistics Service Approach Based on Customers’ Priority: a Case of a Wholesale Company

This project aims to present a flexible logistics service approach based on customers’ priority for a wholesale company, using primarily a case study as the main research method. Based on the results of corporate documentary analysis and literature review, suitable approach to logistics service in a wholesale company is developed and then tested on a company's data to prove its financial efficiency. The proposed solution is supposed to increase the overall service level, to reduce number of rejcted orders by customers and to prevent customers losing.
