Design and Implemention of an Information-Computing System for Analyzing Experimental Electrical Characteristics of Semiconductor Devices

In this work a system for analysis of experimental data of electrical characteristics of semiconductor devices was designed and realized. In the course of the work procedures were developed for mathematical and statistical processing of multidimentional arrays of experimental data with the purpose of increasing of the development quality of semiconductor components models. Results of the work may be used in modeling of semiconductor devices.
