The Research of Virtual Assistants as a New Channel for Promoting Goods and Services

The aim of the work is to conduct a study of virtual assistants in the context of using them as a new channel for promoting goods and services. Currently, the market of virtual assistants, according to one of the leading international analytical companies Gartner, is on the eve of the growth of popularity, which creates the prerequisites for explosive growth on the one hand and the search for new innovative products by the market on the other. In the course of the study, a literature analysis was conducted on the research topic to determine the project's boundaries, and in-depth interviewing of respondents was conducted to identify problems, then suggested possible solutions, and built a conceptual model of a new generation virtual assistant with an expanded functionality for the sale of goods and services. The results can be used later in the design of a new generation of virtual assistants.
