Social Networks Research within the Game-theoretic Approach

This work is devoted to the research of solving problems of corporate governance through the use of an innovative approach using game theory. The paper considers and identifies the problems of business on the field of human resource management, according to which the initial data for the formalization of business problems are established. The analysis of game-theoretic models is carried out and classification of criteria of applicability of models on the identified problems of corporate management, proceeding from available data of corporate systems is developed. The mechanism of selection of game-theoretic model in accordance with the task is described.
