Modern Methods and Techniques of Personnel Evaluation in Educational Organizations

The relevance of research. Modern educational organizations compete at the level of professional development of the employees. If it has a decent evaluating process, the analysis of results, the management of the company obtains information which is capable to help it at further decision making upon the effective use of the organization’s resources. Problem statement. Performance appraisal is one of the key management processes. Well constructed system of assessment allows the top management to distribute human resources and to make the decision on increase, advance, etc. Solution. The research was conducted in the language center "Britannia". Data collection with help of poll and the analysis of secondary data. The obtained data have allowed to carry out the analysis of the existing system of performance appraisal and to reveal problem zones in it. Results. Based on the results of the analysis, problem zones in the existing system of assessment have been revealed and possible ways of solution of this problem are offered. Conclusion. Based on the results of the study, recommendations which will allow to modernize the existing system of performance appraisal have been developed. By means of that, after applying of the recommendations in the organization, the level of satisfaction with the new system of assessment and efficiency of it use for the organization will increase.
