Improving Warehouse Efficiency

Regular improving warehouse efficiency is the top priority for every company in sphere of warehouse logistics, as it is the instrument to enhance its competitiveness. However, this problem is not enough studied and there is no unique approach of increasing productivity of warehouse. This paper’s goal is to generate the complex method of improving warehouse effectiveness consists of several unidirectional methods and using it upgrade the warehouse. The research provides the results by analyzing household appliance company, modeling the designed project of warehouse, generating the complex method of improving warehouse efficiency. As a result, it is expected to generate a modernization of the warehouse model by using the complex method of improving warehouse efficiency.
