The following research is aimed to clarify the principles of Russian politicians’ positive brand formation. The applying method, which includes analyses of the deputes of the State Duma, according to the rating of “Coefficient of Utility of a Deputy” , should help answer the question “Is the use of “show” technology more effective for the formation of an attractive political brand?” The data is analyzed using the statistical program "R".
