Analysis and Improvement of Company’s Corporate Strategy in the Nizhny Novgorod Region
Strategic analysis is the natural and necessary component of strategic management and one of the ways for companies to understand vectors of future development. This study will be concerned with consideration of the importance of strategic analysis, the main types of corporate strategies and tools for strategic analysis. In order to apply the selected tools and to set the basis for the future theoretical and empirical research a strategy analysis of "Heineken" - one of affiliates of the biggest low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages producer - will be carried out. Territorially the research will be confined to Nizhny Novgorod region. Following an in-depth multi-dimensional analysis of preliminary research results, recommendations for the further strategy development of Heineken Company will be presented.
