Development of Tools for Online Stores Consumers' Reviews Analysis

Nowadays products’ reviews are one of the most significant factors affecting the person's decision to buy. This graduation work is devoted to the topic of customer rating&review analytics from online stores. It considers the role of customer feedback in the promotion of online stores and what opportunities to increase sales, improve the quality of the product and the relationship to the brand is opened by reviews’ analytics. Based on the analysis of modern services for working with reviews, in work was proposed own implementation of a tool for review analytics. Distinctive features of the developed tool in relation to existing solutions are the flexibility, which allows downloading customer reviews from the majority of feedbacks’ sources on the Internet for an unlimited number of products, and a much deeper analytical functionality, which offers its own approaches to analysis and based on the needs of various business functions.
