A Study of Brand Enagagement via Social Media: the Case of a Hotel

As part of the master's thesis, it is supposed to study the formation of consumer engagement in the brand of a hotel chain using social media. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for consumers’ engagement in the hotel brand through social media. The object is social media as a tool for the formation of consumer engagement in the hotel business. The subject - the features of consumers’ engagement in a hotel brand through social media. The work consists of three chapters, introduction, conclusion, list of literature and applications. According to the results of the research, recommendations were proposed on the formation of customer engagement in a hotel brand using social media.
