The thesis is devoted to the topic of the process management development method based on business process management systems - BPMS, which allows to increase the efficiency of solving business development tasks in the systems, including the use of structural models of business processes of the enterprise. This method also provides the possibility of continuous changes in the business process scheme which regulates interaction with customers, including those aimed at facilitating the conduct of business of customers with the enterprise.
