Efficiency of Auctions in Russian Public Procurement

The present research is devoted to the analysis of E-Auction’s efficiency on Public Procurement. Efficiency in this paper is understood as the largest decrease in price compared to the initial maximum price. Using data set about the procurement of social services in the Volga Federal District for 2012, 2014, 2017 years, regression models were evaluated by Poisson and OLS methods. The results showed that electronic auctions are not effective.
