BPMS Development for Business Process "Intra-University Transfer within HSE" Implementing RUNA WFE

The aim of the research is to develop a BPM system for the educational office of National Research University "Higher School of Economics" that will automate the execution of the business process "Intra-University Transfer within HSE" implementing RUNA WFE. This paper is structured as follows. The concept of process approach to management and a brief overview of the previous work in the field of business process management are introduced in the first chapter. It also includes the evaluation of different notations, modelling tools and BPM systems. The second chapter represents the data on the above mentioned business process received after the analysis of documentation and interviewing the employees. The creation of the viable executable model of the process in BizAgi Modeler, 6 various modelling scenarios and "What If" analysis results are presented in the third chapter. The final chapter contains a description of the sequential configuration of control-flow, data, resource and operational perspectives that identify the model interpreted by a business server. One of the testing scenarios and difficulties that took place during the research are described in the same section.
