Company's Warehouse Optimization

Today, in a twenty first century, a good working warehouse network is an integral part of almost any production process. The goal of the proposed research is to optimize a warehouse operating in the sphere of distribution. The results were found by analysis of functioning of all processes happening in a «Logistic L7» company warehouse, data analysis tools and implementing of modern warehouse optimization methods. The result of this research is optimization strategy, which will help to reduce undesirable costs, providing safety of material values and their consumer qualities during ensuring is’s rational placement and storage.
