This work is devoted to the statistical analysis of panel geodata of mortality in European countries. A methodology is proposed for the analysis of panel data consisting of a set of non-stationary time series distorted by missing values and outliers. The efficient models for the most common classes of diseases were obtained. The models describe a significant proportion of the dispersion of the studied indicators and make a good forecast in the test period, that proves the practical importance of the research results.
