New Generation Networks QoS for Users

Today network operators are confronted with an extremely dynamic market. Most of the subscribers are already divided among service providers, which increases the cost of attracting each new customer, and, accordingly, leads to increased competition in the industry. To remain competitive, they need to constantly maintain customer satisfaction, keep up with the latest technology and guarantee Service Level Agreements, while at the same time remain cost efficient. The paper describes the implementation of VAS - services End to End monitoring by technical departments of the mobile operator. A method of testing products and services is developed, the business process of the unit that controls QoS through the monitoring system of the Sigos SITE network is described.
