В исследовании «Влияние увеличения пенсионного возраста на экономической деятельности пожилых людей в странах-членах ОЭСР и России» проанализировано влияние старения населения при подъеме пенсионного возраста в странах ОЭСР и России. В последние годы для того, чтобы поддержать финансовую устойчивость пенсионных фондов, в странах проводятся пенсионные реформы, многие из них направлены на стимулирование людей покидать рынок труда позднее. Более того, в дипломной работе на основе данных по эффективному пенсионному возрасту был проведен кластерный анализ стран, входящих в состав ОЭСР. Выделены страны - лидеры по показателю эффективного возраста, проанализированы причины вхождения стран в группу лидеров. Кроме того, в работе была построена регрессионная модель, где были выявлены факторы, которые проявляют положительное или негативное воздействие на средний эффективный возраст ухода с рынка труда.
