Forecasting Sales of a Trading Network Using IBM SPSS Modeler

The purpose of this work is to build a model that predicts the sales of retail stores network. The object of this study is the retail trade network. The subject of the study is the sales volume of named network of stores. In the course of this work, literature devoted to sales forecasting was studied, a specialized data warehouse for storing and analyzing data of a particular store network was developed, an overview of the innovative analytical tool was provided, 45 ARIMA forecast models with an average error of no higher than 10% were developed and their effectiveness was estimated.
