The main task of the advisory systems is to improve the quality of customer service with the help of personalized recommendations based on previous explicit or implicit feedback. These systems track various types of users’ behavior, such as purchase history, product evaluation, habits and browsing activity, to simulate custom settings. Recommendation systems are widely used in electronic commerce, as well as on sites that produce or publish content. Nevertheless, in the air market, such a product, which would qualitatively solve the problem of personal recommendation of the air ticket, has not been created yet. The diploma offers the way to build a recommender system for the module of air ticket booking. You can also view possible options for optimizing such system.
