Development of Proposals for IT-Infrastructure Management Improvement

Proposals for ITSM-processes implementation are developed within attached Master Thesis. During this research the high importance of organization of change management process was detected as IT-services provision highly prioritized in organization. The object of the research is the organization of information technology and IT services management, which are provided by the company to support the event. The subject of the research is the ITSM-processes arising during IT operations operational activities during preparation and supporting an international sporting event. Master thesis consists of Introduction, Main part and Conclusion. The Introduction the choice of the research direction is justified, the relevance of the problems, the goals and objectives are defined, the expected results are described. The Main part describes the subject area in which the organization conducts, a logical analysis of the importance of optimizing change management in accordance with business objectives. Based on the requirements for the change management process, supporting documentation is developed for the organization of the change management process. After selecting the ITSM-tool for implementation, it is configured in accordance with the developed procedure. In Conclusion, the results of the master thesis are summarized, the main conclusions and the results of the performed work are described.
