Creation of Client Attraction and Accompanying Service for Music Business

The degree of development and profitability of the music business in Russia completely does not correspond to the degree of IT penetration into this industry. Multibillion profits in the industry are combined with the prevalence of offline sales of tickets for concerts and a complete lack of analysis of available data about concerts ticket buyers. In this paper, the project of a service for attracting and supporting clients in the music field is presented, based on a detailed analysis of clients’ preferences received from open sources - social networks.
