In modern realities, it is fair to say that often the key factors underlying the company's successes and failures are the reasons that are related to its corporate culture in one way or another. The style of leadership, the psychological climate in the team, the established image of the organization - a combination of these factors directly and indirectly affects the performance of any enterprise. Therefore, every manager in modern conditions should be well aware of the future consequences of his decisions, including in the cultural aspect.

The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of corporate culture types of innovative companies on the specifics of corporate business communications accepted in it.

The object of research is the types of corporate culture of innovative companies and models of corporate business communications.

The subject of the research is the assessment of the influence of corporate culture types of innovation companies on the considered models of business communication.
