Developing Methodology of Robotic Process Automation

The following results are obtained: The method of automation of business processes, which includes 6 stages, is developed: Based on the developed criteria for supplier selection, the analysis of the three leading software suppliers was carried out, according to the results of the analysis, UiPath was recognized as the best software supplier for the development and use of robots. The criteria for the selection of business processes for the use of technology of automation of business processes Robotic Process Automation: The business process of the Accounting Department "filling in the income tax Declaration" is selected on the basis of the developed formula of ranking business processes, which allows to compare business processes on the economic efficiency of the RPA technology: In this study, a robot was developed that automates the selected business process. The annual savings from the introduction of the robot was: 994 493 rubles. The effect of the release of labour by 0.5 FTE. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that the presented method is one of the first in the Russian practice of detailed descriptions of the process of implementation of RPA technology. The developed method is of practical importance, allowing to ensure the success of the project and improve the efficiency of the process of implementation of RPA-technology.
