A political campaign is a carefully crafted creation, used to address the constituency and other candidates. With the beginning of the new era of internet a brand new tool for a political campaign was discovered. This advanced technology brought more opportunities for the citizens to participate. The main goal of this research is to investigate the methods and forms of using the social network in the election campaign. The case that I chose for this research is the general election in Great Britain in 2017. As the main method for this research I chose collecting and analyzing the empirical data - content from the social network of the leaders of the three main parties (Conservative Party, Labor Party and the Scottish National Party) for the period from April 18 to June 8. To analyze the content of those politicians will be used different criteria which will help us to to get a marketing strategy that candidates should stick to while creating a message to communicate across their web sites.
