Management of Innovation Project Communications on Basis of Network Approach

Today innovation has a significant role among the variety of projects. The features of such projects is their variability and uncertainty, which makes it necessary to develop new areas and knowledge, fast search for solutions, efficient distribution and exchange of information between stakeholders in innovation project . So, effective communication is one of the most important components of innovation projects. Despite the evidence of this thesis, there is currently a small number of studies examining the relationship between communication and project success. So, this paper addresses the problem of exaggeration of the importance of quality communication as a success factor of the innovation project, and ignore the network nature of innovation projects in the formation of recommendations for communication management, via the analysis of metrics of the structure of communication and the analysis their impact on the effectiveness of project communication and project success and creating recommendations for the establishment of communication structure that contribute the success of the project and the effectiveness of communication.
